DUBLIN, Ireland: Irish national police have arrested a suspect wanted for multiple vehicular homicide and placed on the U.S. Marshals Service "15 Most Wanted" list. Detectives of the An Garda Siochana were acting on information from the Marshals Service when they arrested Frederick David Russell as he worked as a security guard in a Dublin clothing store Sunday, the service said. In June 2001, near Pullman, Wash., several students from Washington State University were returning to campus by car after seeing a movie. A vehicle allegedly driven by Russell, then 26, illegally pulled into their lane, causing a crash that killed three students and permanently injured two others. Russell suffered only minor injuries, and was released on bail to the custody of his father, an attorney who was at the time headed Washington State University's Criminal Justice Program. He was placed on the "Most Wanted" list at the request of state and local police. This is cache, read story here
